When placing an order:
All orders have a 1-1.5 week processing time, which does not include shipping. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation letting you know your order is on the way. We appreciate your patience!
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
I do not accept returns or exchanges, but feel free to reach out if you have any issues with your order. If a special exception is made to accept a return or exchange, the buyer is responsible for shipping and processing fees, and any other associated fees.
Do you provide shipping updates?
All orders placed through my shop will generate a USPS tracking number unless a local (Houston) delivery is identified. Once shipped, all notifications will come directly from USPS, and will be available via the tracking link.
Once shipped, I am no longer responsible for the status of the order, and buyers should contact USPS directly for any concerns with shipping notifications or delays.
